Karsten Jeremy Rapp, a young, up-and-coming lawyer from a prestigious law firm in Dallas, Texas, was asked to provide an unbiased evaluation of Global Climate Change before America’s most conservative leaders and their supporters. All were shocked when Rapp stood before the group and predicted imminent catastrophic events. The following day Rapp was fired.
When sea levels began to rise, a Texas Senator, who would later become America’s first elected female President, brought Rapp to Washington, DC, and the current male President appointed Karsten Jeremy Rapp Secretary of Interior.
Secretary of Interior Rapp determined the extent of coastal flooding and began to rebuild coastal and inland shipping channels and ports. When coastal water levels began to invade Washington, DC, and a polar ice sheet spread south, Secretary Rapp convinced Congress and the President to move the White House, Congress and the Pentagon to the Denver, Colorado suburbs; Wall Street, Fort Knox and the eastern Mints were moved to Phoenix, Arizona. The rapidly expanding ice sheet forced the movement of 175 million United States citizens, living on or east of the Mississippi River, to the Four Corners area of the Desert Southwest.
As water and ice claimed much of the American “Bread-Basket”, new President Marsha Jane Austin threatened an invasion of Mexico if the southern neighbor did not sell 15,000,000 acres of land to American farmers vacating their Midwestern farms. After Rapp negotiated the sale of Mexico’s farmlands to the United States, President Marsha Jane Austin, the former Texas Senator, honored Secretary of Interior Karsten Jeremy Rapp at the Colorado White House. In the President’s speech, Rapp’s two cousins were referred to as half-brothers. This simple mistake began a chain of events which led the Secretary into the underworld existence of the DOS PUTAS.
The Secretary of Interior is provided five computer discs. The discs document the reigns of eleven cartel Queens spanning almost 450 years. As Rapp reads documentation verifying the female cartels bloody rise to power, he finds that past and present queens have traveled the world in search of prominent historical males to enhance the mental and physical attributes of future cartel queens.
The Secretary is then thrust into a war between two females; one trying to remain Queen and become the President of the United States, and the other trying to remain President of the United States and become Queen. After many twists and turns, Rapp returns to a home tucked into the side of a mountain in rural southeastern New Mexico. Convinced he cannot be found; Rapp settles into a quiet life. Following a knock at the door and the appearance of the current Queen, who is also the President of the United States, the good life disappears when she offers, and he accepts the Vice Presidency.
Due to coastal flooding and a rapidly expanding ice sheet, the United States lost the ability to feed its population. The President of the United States makes a request to the President of Mexico: sell the United States 15,000,000 acres of Mexico’s farmland. Mexico’s President Ibarra initially threatens to build a wall to keep American farmers from entering Mexico. However, after the United States stations 15,000 troops on the border, Mexico relents and sells the requested farmland.
The land sale angers Mexico’s President. Through manipulation, the Dos Putas Queen who is now the United States President forces President Ibarra into a partnership with ISIS. When President Ibarra fails to follow the Queen’s orders, he is assassinated and replaced by an ISIS general. With the Queen’s blessing, Mexico invades the United States from multiple locations along the shared border. With the invasion comes the detonation of several nuclear bombs. The most serious nuclear explosion removes the new Capitol in the Denver suburbs, and kills all members of the House and Senate, most upper echelon military personnel, and all but a single Supreme Court Justice. Karsten Jeremy Rapp, the former Secretary of Interior and current Vice President of the United States, escapes Denver before the bomb detonates. He takes the oath of office for the President of the United States of America at the new capitol, the Air Force Academy on the north edge of Colorado Springs.
President Rapp promotes a low level general, RT Jones, to Supreme Commander, and the two men repel the attack from Mexico. With no checks and balances to hinder him, President Rapp independently decides to form a new nation, the United States of North America. He sends an occupation force into Mexico and Central Mexico. President Rapp, also, brings Canada into the United States of North America.
After gaining total control, President Rapp and Supreme Commander Jones reestablish the government and allow the people of Central America, Mexico, the United States and Canada to vote and select new Senate and House representatives. The election has unseen consequences. The most important consequence is the Queen’s decision to ensure that all females have the right to vote. The result is that many Hispanic females from Central America and Mexico are elected and this group, of newly elected females, forms a Female Rights Coalition. The new champion for Female Rights is Analea Adelo, former lawyer from Honduras with a checkered background.
President Rapp was appointed instead of being elected to the top leadership role. Through a series of unforeseen circumstances, the appointed President and Vice President are forced to run for office. During the political campaign for the offices of President and Vice President of the United Sates of North America, a hostile takeover of the cartel, Dos Putas, is perpetrated by Helper. The takeover is exposed after Vice Presidential contender RT Jones is assassinated. The Queen and Helper kill each other in a shootout, and the search for new Queen Martha begins in earnest. When Queen Martha finally emerges, she decides to follow an agenda different to the eleven previous Queens. Rather than take from the worlds’ societies, the new Queen seeks to change the world and make a better place to live.
Queen Martha designs a new war machine called the LAW-88-Nightstalker-2, and the Queen and her companion Cinco build a fleet of Nightstalkers. The LAW-88-Nightstalker-2 has a horizontal cruising speed of 2,000 miles per hour and a vertical lift speed of 800 miles per hour. On this 36-foot diameter machine, rotors and gasoline engines are replaced with ten small nuclear-powered engines. The outer covering of the Nightstalker consists of a 0.25-inch tungsten-carbon shield which absorbs all known forms of radar. Projectiles fired from 175mm howitzers will not dent or penetrate the outer covering of the Nightstalker. Ten 20mm canons, one on both the top and bottom and one between each nuclear-powered engine, all fire hardened, plastic bullets at a rate of 50 rounds per second.
The most unusual characteristic of the Nightstalker are 2,000 light sensors per square inch. Each sensor gathers surrounding light, and millions of sensors together project an unbroken background. When all sensors are turned on, the human eye is unable to detect a stationary or moving Nightstalker.
The story begins at an underground bunker in equatorial Africa. The Queen is explaining to female pilots how the Nightstalker fleet will be spaced over Africa during several nights and how the 20mm canons on each Nightstalker will be used to kill males in Africa carrying gene 1721 on the male chromosome. A shield projected out from the Nightstalker will protect females and children. Males carrying gene 1721 have been shown to be 80 times more likely to harm or kill females than their counterparts, 70% more likely to harm or kill infants, and 90% more likely to be labeled violent offenders. The Queen spares all males below the age of fifteen carrying gene 1721 to limit political backlash from world leaders, including her father President Karsten Jeremy Rapp.
In nights following the deaths of males carrying gene 1721, the Queen uses the fleet of LAW-88-Nightstalker-2s to apply an aerosol application of a chemical named Prevent over the entire African continent. Prevent, when absorbed by human skin or consumed by humans, prevents the formation of eggs and sperm. The impact of Prevent is a rapidly, declining human population in Africa over the following 50 or 60 years. The value of Prevent; it has no impact on all other invertebrate and vertebrate populations.
The Queen then embarks on a plan to rid Africa of dictators and terrorists and replaces most male officials with females. The Queen selects unlikely females and males, gives each direction and unlimited power, and allows each to do her or his job. For eleven generations spanning 450 years Queens had a single Helper. Queen Martha breaks with tradition and appoints many Helpers, mostly females but some males.
There are battles between the Queen’s female armies and male dictators in southern, central and northwestern Africa. The final battle for Africa occurs in and around Cairo, Egypt where the Queen’s female army dominates an all-male army. Rather than destroy Cairo and eliminate the all-male army, the Queen in an uncharacteristic move sues for peace and allows several Helpers to design a single governing body to democratically rule over Africa.
While battles are raging, three young men of South African origin, two black and one white, are uncovering the true history of Christ, Mohammad and the Queen. Once information has been verified, there is a meeting between current Queen Martha, the Pope and two ruling Mullahs. In the meeting evidence is presented which clearly shows the contents of the Bible and Koran have been altered. At the end of the meeting, the “Three Wise Men” agree to rewrite the Bible and the Koran and provide only factual information. The three young men, also, discover the Queen’s true linage, and that the first Queen came to earth long before Christ, Mohammad and the Aztecs.
Ghosts Of The Guadalupes, a factual history of agriculture, families and violence between 1905 and 1955 in Southern New Mexico. For the past 125 years, thousands of humans have annually entered the Chihuahuan Desert mountain chain known as the Guadalupes to either graze or manage domestic livestock, farm, hunt, hike or otherwise commune with nature. Cox believed this invasion took place without any fore or after thought as to how man impacted the mountains or how humans living in the mountains impacted each other.
